Building the Pariah
Make sure to attach the rotary encoder to the board before the key switches and the plate. This is because the rotary encoder legs are wider than the opening in the plate and it will be near impossible to install the rotary encoder after the plate is secured by the key switches without destroying it.
The legs of the rotary encoder are longer than typical keyswitches. Make sure to trim the excess off the bottom of the board to prevent the legs from shorting on the bottom.
Component Orientation
Diodes
Diodes should be placed so that the line on the diode is closest to the closed end of the outline on the board, as shown below:
LED Orientation
LEDs should be placed so that the negative side of the diode is closest to the closed end of the outline on the board, as shown below:
RGB Orientation
RGBs should be placed so that the triangle indicator on the top of the RGB is closest to the L shape of the outline on the board, as shown below:
